    • Judicial Independence – importance & challenges

    • Law of Tribal Nations – Comparison to state/federal laws

    • What students should know to become good citizens

    Certificate of Completion will be provided for 6.0 CEUs.

    This program is geared toward Middle School and High School teachers and is open to teachers at Minnesota schools. There is no cost to attend. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

    ABOTA Minnesota will provide free hotel accommodations for those teachers who travel greater than 60 miles to attend.

Judge Wahl will cover essential presentation skills including body language, tone, and personal presence, offering tips that are valuable not only in the courtroom but throughout every aspect of your professional and personal life.

    Whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned practitioner, this program delivers actionable guidance on what to do and what to avoid when you take the floor.

    This program is available in-person only.

    1.0 CLE credit to be applied for.

    After the CLE, stay for our Annual Awards Dinner. Separate ticket and advanced registration required.
